Valley Hills Council of PTSAs supports 16 school units within the 31st District of California PTA.
Our mission is to positively impact the lives of all children and families by representing our members and empowering and supporting them with skills in advocacy, leadership, and communications.
Our vision is to ensure that all children develop to their fullest potential. The Valley Hills Council of PTSAs is a professional, non-profit organization that is committed to the well-being of California’s children and families.
